Recall mode types the law back
Removal requires an resolution at a general meeting, never by written resolution.
Correct. Back in your queue in 4 days.
SQE1 and SQE2 preparation
PasSQE measures your readiness instead of hoping. Every note recall, mock score and flashcard rating feeds one mastery number per topic. When it reads 100%, you are ready. Not confident. Ready.
£100 for your first 6 months, then £300 for 6 months after that.
Every session moves one number. This is what studying looks like when it is measured.

Correct. Back in your queue in 4 days.
Debriefed by humans after both rounds, never AI.
Your rating drives the spacing
Calibrated on the science: the forgetting curve (Murre and Dros, 2015), retrieval practice (Roediger and Karpicke, 2006) and spaced practice (Cepeda et al, 2006).
Inside a PasSQE note
Most prep notes are a wall of prose you read once and hope sticks. A PasSQE page has three modes: read the authored law, recall it as scored blanks, then apply it to client files under exam pressure. The page counts as complete only when all three are done.
Authored prose, every legal statement verified against primary sources.
Removal of Directors, free in full. This BIZ.1.2 page is part of the full toolkit.
A company is a separate legal person: it holds its own property and sues in its own name, and even a sole shareholder has no legal or equitable interest in any item of company property.
Motive is irrelevant: a person can incorporate specifically to obtain limited liability, hold almost every share themselves, and the company is still validly and fully a separate person.

The maths
A traditional SQE2 prep course
Lectures, a workbook, and a hope that it went in.
PasSQE founding access
Six months of the full toolkit, and a number that tells you when you are ready.
Roughly a twentieth of the price of a course.
Founding access is priced for the people who join before we launch properly. The rise afterwards is real, not a countdown timer.
The founding rate covers your first term. It renews after that at £89/month or £300 for 6 months.
Written mocks are graded against SQE2's own assessment criteria and you see every criterion score plus an annotated answer, so you can judge the grading yourself on the free sample. Orals are debriefed by humans, never AI.
We are pre-launch, so you will not find testimonials or pass rates here yet. The founding price is the trade: you get the full toolkit for £100 for your first 6 months while we grow. It renews at the standard rate after that.
Yes. The planner and syllabus tracker are free forever with an email, and the sample note and sample mock are open right now, no signup needed.
Stop guessing whether the revision is working. Measure it.
